Factory
300+ Knitting Machines
Our factory operates more than 300 knitting machines, including Italian-imported and locally made computer-controlled models. The equipment supports a wide range of sock styles, sizes, and knit structures.
Six Production Workshops
Production is organized across six dedicated workshops: yarn preparation, knitting, toe closing, boarding and finishing, inspection, and packing.
15 Million Pairs per Year
Our factory employs over 300 production staff and has an annual output of approximately 15 million pairs of socks, enabling us to meet the demands of large-scale wholesale orders as well as undertake small-batch custom production tasks.

How We Manufacture
Yarn & Material Sourcing - Yarn selection based on product specifications, including cotton, polyester, nylon, spandex and blended yarns.
Knitting - Sock tubes knitted on 300+ production machines, covering different needle gauges, patterns and constructions.
Toe Closing - Toe seam closing by linking or sewing, depending on product requirements.
Boarding & Finishing - Socks shaped and set on boarding machines, followed by steaming and finishing.
Inspection - Each pair checked for size, color, construction, elasticity and appearance.
Packing - Labeling, tagging and packing per customer specifications, including polybags, header cards, hang tags and carton configurations.
